What is the cost of shipping?
Please note that the prices of the products available at Joon are inclusive of shipping charges.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please note that from the time of order placed, it takes about 7 working days to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at hello@thejoonshop.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues at the earliest.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on the email address provided while placing your order along with the tracking ID.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location by using the tracking ID sent to you on your email address.
Refund or Returns
All purchases on the website are final and we do not offer any refund or returns.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy permits the cancellation of orders only prior to shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Delivery Issues
In case of any delivery issues, kindly raise the request within 24 hours of receiving the product as this is the deadline for courier partners for such cases.
And kindly attach your identity & signature proof with the request, which helps us to solve the issue
COD/ Payment issues
In the instance there is an issue with delivery, or you have received a damaged product, we will try our best to replace the damaged product as soon as possible. Our shipping partner will collect the damaged product from you within 7 working days from the date of receipt of such issue. Once we have confirmed the eligibility of your concern and replacement, our shipping partner will deliver the replaced product to you within our delivery timelines.
However, if the product is not in stock anymore, we will request you to share your bank details for the payment of your eligible refunds.
Third party
In case you have purchased from 3rd party or any other e-commerce portal, then you need to connect with that portal customer care itself
Please note Joon Team will never ask you to disclose or share your personal information, such as your Passwords, OTP, or credit card or debit card details through WhatsApp. Please do not respond to any WhatsApp message asking you for such information.
